Getting dealer's to perform TSB'S

Went in to get the TSB done for the hesitation on my 03 and they had nothing to do with it. They told me unless there is a "campaign" for it, it does not warrent checking it out, BS!!! What can one do? This seems to be a growing problem among dealer's.

I agree with the others, go to another dealer and call Nissan North America and b**** at them too. Squeaky wheel gets the oil kind of thing

Seems best to call in advance. I would call a service manager you've dealt with in the past (hopefully positively). Otherwise it will probably be a matter of luck and then you will have to try with NNA (Nissan North America). I've had good luck with them but others have not.

2002 Se

I have a 2002 SE auto.
I am not sure if I should get this TSB done.
The only hesitation that I feel is when I drive above 50 MPH and step on the gas, nothing happens for a few seconds (2-3) and then suddenly it accelerates. Isn't the transmission changing gear ?
Should I get the TSB done or it's normal?

You ARE due the ECM reprogram for sure, and if the part # on your MAF is not part # 22680-AM600, you will also get this same part# 22680-AM600 as a NEW MAF. GOOD LUCK!

I am taking my Max to a dealership tomorrow, should I tell the guy about this problem and ask for a ECM to be reprogrammed? Is there any where on that TSB written that the ECM needs to be reprogrammed?
How do I check for the MAF #?

MAF part # is printed on FRONT side of the black MAF tube.

I just called the dealer and they told me that if the check engine light isn't on then they can't do anything to it. They say they need the code.

That dealer would go on my "Never call again list" cuz that's complete horseshi*

You should have asked, "Does every problem generate the SES light?" uhhhmmm...no
