2 mid 90's vintage Acura legends vs 2k2 MAX.

Going home on the highway from work, i ran up on two Acura legends , a stock sedan and a very nice coupe that had a very nice kit and rim combo. These guys must have been friends because they were tailing each other pretty close. As i proceeded to pass them and moved over from the fast lane on to the right, the coupe moved over into the right lane. I flash my highs at him because now he and his friend are only pushing 65mph when the speed limit is 70. There now talking to each other as there side by side. As soon as i flash my highs again they both take off. I threw the auto stick into 3rd and floored it! They had about car and a half lead on me ,but i sooned narrowed it down very rapidly.Got to the sedan first and blew by him like he was standing still,6300rpm shifted back into 4th ,hitting tripple digits speed now and gaining on the coupe! 105ish the coupe is in the right lane and my max is gaining on him like a predator running down his prey, by this time he is about a 3/4 of a car length on me. 110ish i am neck to neck with him , i look over and he looks at me with this dumb founded look like how in the hell is a Maxima passing me.....i pulled all the way to 130 and threw the flashers on with no intention of either of them catching up. I put atleast 4-5 car lengths on the coupe and the sedan , well lets just say he was a mere spec of dust in the rear view mirror.

legends are nice....they're heavy though...i would have died for a typeII, those were ahead of their time. 6speed 230hp in the early 90's is just rare.

I had a 91 coupe and they're ok. With more than one person in the car, it really feels slow.

I wanted the Ac Legend coupe for the longest time. Such a gangsta car, unbelievable. I just couldn't find one with low miles at all..
