I'd say yes. I have 18x7.5 with 47mm offset. I have no problem with them.

I have 19x8.5 wheels with 45mm offset. I ordered wheel spacers though because they seem to sit in a bit more in the back. I'm sure that they will fit, but its more of a matter of looks.
