Give it a few runs at redline, it'll feel right at home in a few days

Mine has smelled for like 2 weeks now, mostly at pretty high loads (latest was today, going up a long climb near the beach..). It smells pretty sporadically...

Eh.. what? I'm passed 3750 miles, and I am not sure what break fluid has to do with the muffler smelling like a dirty girl.

Dirty Girl Man you got 2 problems. Not only your muffler smelling bad, but you hang out with the wrong girls

I think he's talking about factory fluids when the car is sold new.

SR :- how's that project going? Get the Maxima up and running?? You pull the motor from the top or the bottom

That project was done weeks ago. I drove the car down to Nopi. The motor swap was finished within a week of getting the donor or a day before I had to leave.

I did that SR20 Swap I told you about last weekend. Was unable to find a hoist locally so Ended up jacking the car WAAAAY up in the air from front. Shove the engine on pallet under the car, then lower the car to the ground till it was sitting on the engine and Bolted the mounts up to the car, jacked car back up picking the engine, Boltup subframe, Spray some Starter fluid in the throttle body and Walaaaaaa WROOOOM WROOOOOOMMMMMM

Oh.. you said "break in" fluid, not brake fluid. What is muffler break in fluid? I am not passed 3750 miles with the new muffler yet, by the way. So, what's muffler break in fluid?

It's a bottle u purchase with a sort of hose at the top. Depending on which muffler you got, it's got a little button where u plug in the hose and pump in the fluid. On my HKS for example, the button is at the bottom and says "insert break in fluid bottle here".
Just a thought.

EDIT: I also got my break in fluid from www.mufflerbreakinfluid.com
