remote opening door/window down shut off

I have a 2002 and installed a clifford intelliguard alarm. The problem is that when the alarm is deactivated/door open the front window open slightly. I know that the front windows will come down when you hold the open door on the original remote. Is there a way to shut off this feature?

I looked in the owners manual...nothing on how to shut off this feature. Pre-driving checks and adjustments only explain what it does.

It's possible to have the "windows down" feature programmed off but I believe has to be done by a dealer. I'd like to turn it off myself, after accidently opening my front windows during a snowstorn last winter and finding the car full of snow in the morning!.
