Coil Pack?
Coil Pack?
I have a 2000 Maxima SE and I was having a stumble at idle and through the rpm range it felt like it was misfiring. So I took it to Autozone and they plugged their computer diagnostic tool in and it read ignition misfire cylinder #2. So I replaced the #2 coil pack and had the computer reset. A couple of days later it started to misfire again, so I took it back to Autozone and their computer diagnostic tool read ignition misfire cylinder #2 again!
Is the #2 cylinder the only one with a sensor?
How can it be cylinder #2 again?
Are the rest of the front bank of ignition coils going bad and it is unable to read them and it keeps going back to cylinder #2.
Can a new coil pack go bad?
Should I replace the rest of the coil packs?
Please Help....
