Last night i was sitting at the light when this red Cl(couldn't tell if it was type s or not) pulled up beside me. All of a sudden when the light turns green he squeels his tires but i wasn't racing or even gonna try cuz i knew i would get killed. So, there was another light about a quarter mile down and we met up head to head. This fool Started to back up so that he could line up with me so i said what the heck, if i get smoked i'll just get smoked.Light turned green and we both timed and punched it at the same time. I floored it in first till it hit the rev limiter for a couple of seconds and we were neck and neck. I could hear his engine whining and it seems like we both shifted in second around the same time. At the beginning of second we were still neck to neck till about the middle of second gear when he left me. He most like was a stick. But i feel good because I am an 00 SE bone stock with about a 75 lbs. dual bandpass sub box and a hole in my exhaust that makes it feel like 111 horsepower instead of 222!!i also had two of my boy's with me in the car, both over 220 lbs. !! How did i do for an 18 year old young buck you experienced max drivers?? Oh yeah, by the way, i don't race until last night which to me really wasn't racing(only pulled off the line for like 7 seconds) because my insurance is high enough. I shut it down at like 70 cuz i ain't gonna risk doin nothin stupid. No folks on tha road by the way.
SORRY FOR THE LONG POST, BUT I THOUGHT THAT I WOULD GET KILLED WORSE THAN THAT!!

Nice Job.. sounds like you were racing a A CL TYPE-S. Most likely it was an auto, but they are quick anyway! Good Run...

Man...... STFU. He isn't making up excuses, simply stating the conditions under which he was racing. Maybe if you READ his post one more time, you'll notice that he isn't hating on the CL or talking ****.
