What do Max owners, with the stock 6 disc Bose stereo, leave the settings on? Bass, treble, fader etc. I was just curious and experimenting to find better sound. I leave my bass on -2, treble on 4 or 5. everything else on 0. I just wish you chould fine tune the sound better, you think a guy would be able to on a "premium" system.

 

Put a set of real tweeters up front and you will be happy.

 

Bass 0 and treble +3. Fader & balance centered. When I crank it up to 20-25, I usually drop the bass to -2 and treble to 0 or 1. Agree the tweeters need some help. Not much imaging. Go listen to the system in the new TL... OMG!!! it's awesome!

 

I have 2 12s so I leave everything centered and then bass at -5 and treble at 5...I wish their was a way to be able to adjust the settings more than Bose allows you to because there's still too much bass.
