SES light, when to turn it off??

Im gonna change my ignition coils today. Should I have the SES light turned off before or after I make the change? Also, does anyone recommend anti-seize compound on the spark plugs before I put the new ones in.
Thanks.

I did this yesterday. The light went off because I disconnected the battery. I haven't checked to see if the code is still there. It's probably best to turn it off before you install the new ones. I put the anti-seize on the plug threads - made them go in very easily. Make sure you don't overtighten becuase you don't need as much torque with the anti-seize on. Installation wasn't too hard for a first timer. Hardest part was getting the connector off the coil. You have to push hard on the green part to separate the two.
