Do birds look for sunlit sand??

I park in a lot that holds 20,000 cars. I'm 50 yards away from any structure, and 20 yards from other cars. Every day there is a collection of bird droppings on my hood, roof, etc.
is it the color or what? I never had this happen with my last 2 cars?
If it were just random, I'd expect the whole lot to be filled with the stuff, BUT IT'S NOT...

Anyone else finding the same issue?

Sounds like God is punishing you for being naughty. did you park across the lines like a ricer? But seriously, that is kind of wierd. Same thing happened to my old Honda, except I was in a garage and turned out i parked below the nest and my accord was black. But besides that, its kind of the same.

My color seems to attract these weird little half fly half I don't know what bugs, to die all over my car. All the black cars parked by me gets these dead little bugs all over them. Its kinda nasty. I learned to not leave my sunroof cracked....
I gets da bird poo also.

Its not the color. I have a a gray lusture and my car was parked in front of my work couple of weeks ago. I just washed it and put a fresh coat of wax on it. When I left work at 4pm to my surprise my whole car was covered in bird $hit. there were plenty of other cars around me but my was the only one that got hit, and I mean hit. I must of had at least 50 of those damn things all over it looked like my car had polka dots all over. Had to take it through the car wash 3 times after they dried out

Maybe they just like a clean car. That's the time when you have the best chance of birds crapping all over it.
