Sunroof Seal

Does anyone know how to remove the seal around the sunroof and install a new one? Mine has a large tear and needs to be replaced...

I have the same problem, didn't notice it for a while, too late then. Tried to patch it.. looks like crap. If anyone can help it would be appreciated.
