lots of road noise after tire rotation

I had two tires replaced. The original rears were still OK so they were put on the front, the new ones are on rear. I plan on replacing the old ones in a month (spreading out the bill). There seems to be an excessive amount of road noise from the front end now. I didnt notice the noise in the rear when they were on there. Am i just imagining things. The old tires are TOYO's of some kind and the new ones are Continentals. I can get the exact name if that will help.

All I have to offer here. Had some cars do cupping,(uneven tread wear that is kinda hard to see) on the front, then moving them to rear was real noisy. I have not ever had this going rear to front.
Make sure it is not the new ones.
My noisy tire move was also Toyo's both times.

Is there anything else up front that could cause the problem? What about the bearings or could brakes be worn or something?

Ktm,
If this started at exactly at the same time he rotated, w/2 new, it is about 98% chance it is a tire problem IMHO.

Any cupping or tread irregularities can certainly be magnified on the front with the added weight of the engine sitting over top. The tires may also track down the road somewhat differently than the rears due to alignment configurations, although not huge can make a difference sometimes.

Switch sides, put the left front on the right ect. If the tires switched sides when they rotated (some places do this) the tread might be hitting the road harder. This is caused by cupping, which happens when a tire gets a few unrotated miles of ware on it. Making them spin the opposite direction by switching sides may help quiet them down.
