Liquid draining sound.

Anyone else notice or know of this sound. When I'm accelerating in first gear, after I have left the car to sit in the cold, I hear a liquid draining sound from the front. When it warms up, she's gone. 1st time I ever noticed this was this weekend. Any have any info?

Thanks.

Yeah that's really wierd. I had a 2 Civics before my 2k and they both made that sound when cold. I never could figure out what it was. I haven't noticed it in my max yet.

Is your coolant properly filled?? Is the overflow bottle at least 1/2 full?? You may hear some aerating of the coolant occuring engine cold due to the level being somewhat low. When things heat up the level will rise due to expansion and the noise may disappear...just a thought, and have seen this before on other vehicles.
