Side mirrors w/ turn signals from CustomMaxima...
#2
I ordered them, received them, saw that they were crap, tried to return them (still wrapped and unopened in their original plastic packaging), and got reamed with a non-negotiable $50 "restocking" fee. Customer service was terrible and somewhat rude. I didn't even open the plastic wrap on them, and I could see that they were just cheap pieces of plastic with a reflector/l.e.d.'s on it. You can see the solder (spelling?) points all over the inside of the reflector, so the blinking part looks kinda funky during the day. Looks kind of like a clear/white turn signal with irregular black dots visible all over. Not worth the price they try to gouge you with. But that's just my humble opinion...

Mistake #1: Buying anything from CustomMaxima...
I have a set that I bought from http://store.yahoo.com/southwestauto...enimaleds.html.
The quality could be better but I like them. One of the problems is the fitment issue on 5th gens. Some people can install them right over their stock mirror covers w/o problems. Other people (such as myself) have to remove the stock mirror cover in order for them to fit right.
You have to take the door and mirror assembly apart to install them, but its not incredibly difficult.
This isnt the greatest pic, but its the only one I have. They are obviously illuminated.
