It came on today while I was driving. Then I notice my fuel gauge meter seems to be stuck in one place after a 30 minute drive. It goes down when I shutoff though. Any Ideas?

I think this is what's tripping the light. I already check the gas cap and the
fuses. Help.

Go to Autozone and have them pull the code(s) for you. It's a free service and then you'll have a much better idea of what the problem is. If the code comes up P0180 then you might be right. BTW, you need to remove the back seat to get to the sending unit. A Haynes manual will tell you how to remove and test the unit.
