Smoke Gray hamburger *pics*

Didn't particularly like the bright chrome hamburger logo, so I changed it.....

Hmmm.........because your car is black, it turned out pretty good. I'm not so sure it would look good on the lighter colored cars tho.

I like it. Still, after seeing the grill without the hamburger, I think that's the way to go.

Ammi - I removed the grille, there are 3 tabs that need to be released. I couldn't get all 3 with the grille installed

VQPowerSE - You're right, it probably wouldn't look good with light colors.

Andy, Dirty? Maybe. Definitly no bling factor here!!

I think it looks pretty good too. What happened to your lower valence grilles?

I took them off today. They were getting rusty...see my post in the General Forum. As others have said...Grille-Tech s*cks.

It's growing on me, especially with a dark car. Yeah, it looks good- I just hope it doesn't chip.

Getting rusty again? Didn't you paint them too?

I just got done brushing off the rust, applied 1 coat of primer, 3 coats of metallic gunmetal, and 4 coats of clearcoat so hopefully it doesn't rust again?

I'm resigned to the fact that it most likely wil chip. I'll just have to repaint it every couple years, that's all.

Yeah, I primed and painted them last spring, but they rusted again this winter.

I don't like Grille-Tech anymore.

I hope you have better luck!

I like it and yet I think the chrome burger is nice also. The painted grill is a definite plus. Great job.
