Coils Great!! Tranny...

I just put the rest of my ignition coils in last night in my 2k auto and i saw a good improvement in performance. I got my low end back that i lost and better midrange from 2k through 3k. But i dont think that my tranny is downshifting correctly. I mean, when I normaly accelerate from a stop, not punching it, it used to shift at 2k, but now it shifts a little bit above at like 2200, and when i give it like half throttle, it's supposed to shift at 3k but just goes past and shifts at 3500. And when accelerating on the highway, i will be doing like 60 and the rpms will be at 2500 when its supposed to be at 2k. It will just hang there for like 10 seconds and then all of a sudden drop two 2k, like delayed downshifting or something. I had the solenoid tsb done for my slipping. Then the tranny was slamming in gear so they were gonna give me another tranny but instead just replaced the drop resistor and the tech said that should clear up my problems. All of this was all under waranty. Only problem is, i'm 600 miles out of powertrain warranty but i still have all of my repair receipts. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is, and will nissan fix it for free?? Thanks

Did the change in tranny shifting correspond to the change of coils?

And BTW, I am SO eager to change my coils & plugs... got them in a box in the basement, it's just too cold to do the job
(plus my ornament cover bolts are stuck... haven't worked on that lately)

No, it was shifting like that even before the coils. But it hasn't alway's shifted like that. Know what the problem could be??
