THe shiney thing, as you would probably refer to it as, on the top of my turbo manifold which you would probably call it headers (lol) is a wastegate. A wastegate regulates the amount of boost the turbo will produce. I am pushing 15psi of boost out of my 1.6 dohc vtec engine (honduh engine to you). If you slept through physics - PSI denotes per square inch. After installing a complete turbo kit my car dynoed at 325 whp and 185 ft/lbs of torque. oh yeah torque is twisting force.
