These can be legal.
#1 you will need the proper colored bulbs
#2 you will need to get red reflectors on the rear of your car somewhere. Maybe buy a couple and put them on your bumper, one directly under each headlight.

Someone here on the org with a Polished titanium maxima has them....they look ugly....it's like so plain....Just my .02

They still wouldn't be legal, but at least they'd meet DOT standards. All legal lighting lenses, assemblies, etc have to have the DOT/ SAE stamp on them to be street legal.
