Lets say we have two exact same car, a 2k2 Maxima for example. Both put on the same catback exhaust (or just peformance muffler). the only differents its one is automatic and another is manual. After putting on the exhaust will the car's noise level or "drone" level be different?

Say if both car crusing at 40MPH, or just another RPM, like when accelerating?
