P0138

I pulled the code P0138 off my PCM and the book says o2 sensor circuit, high voltage,bank1 sensor2. does this mean the o2 sensor is fried?

Thanks MCE

Possibly, or it could be a false reading from the ECU which may need reprogramming. See the following TSB
Reprogramming/flashing the ECU will be covered by the 8/80 warranty (assuming you have less than 80K miles that is) but they'll charge thru the nose for a new O2 sensor.
