dash kit installation

I installed my aluminum trim kit on my SE and I had some trouble getting it all to stick. All the pieces are in place but some of the corners are off of the plastic underneath. They aren't going to come off entirely but it makes it look cheap. Is there any kind of glue, cement or other adhesive I could use to get them stay in place?

Thanks, that is what I'll probably use. I just figure it will never be able to come off after an application of crazy glue.

I just got a brushed alluminum kit. It came with 3m adhesive. Is that what you used? Its supposed to be some of the best stuff. Asking what other dash kit co.s recommend probably would'nt hurt. Once you use crazy glue it can never come off.

There is an adhesive, that if you ask www.autoaccessorystore.com, to send you they will. Also you should completely wipe down every part of the interior with alcohol. Let the alcohol dry, then reapply some more and let dry again. If it still doesnt stick take a blow dryer and hold it to the part of the kit you want to stick for lik 30 seconds, the adhesive will become really sticky again. Hope this helps,

Prior to installation I cleaned my car, warmed it up and kept it running to keep it warm inside, applied rubbing alcohol to each part of interior and then one at time before each piece then let it dry. Some parts stuck fine, others have lost all adhesion all together, possibly due to the cold that gets in over night, i don't know. I will try the blow drier soon.

I installed a brushed aluminum kit I got off E-bay
and used the 3M adhesive backing. Have not had any trouble so far, but I did it this past summer (hot outside). And like Pearlwhtmax2000said, it ain't comin' off.
