most likely, if you get them from eBay, they are stolen.

I would recommend buying them from a dealer.

I agree. I would say 9 times out of 10 they are stolen on ebay. When you read they have broken tabs or lights are in good condition but have some scratches on the front this = STOLEN. Or if they are selling the ballast and bulbs separately. Well you get the picture. RARELY you might get lucky and find a legit set. Brand new in box and and the seller has proof of purchase.

i e-mailed all the sellers that are selling it. most of them say they are JUNK YEAR ppl. I have called the junk yards here, and they were already taken. I will just keep calling and buy them from a wrecked car. that way i will know thay are LEGIT...
thanks for the replies

check www.car-part.com for a set, andget em from wherever you can find them, and see if the yard will ship them to you. you'll probably save some money this way also. you could also buy them through an org member. there's usually a few northeast members in the classifieds who would be willing to ditch the lights for a lower profile and less risk.

I dont understand why its considered difficult or why people just dont think about how to hook it up. I dont know maybe because i work with electronics it seems easy to me, but every light needs only 2 things, positive and negative. trial and error.
