My Brand New 2k Max Won't Turn Over

So I go out to the garage where the brand new (22 mile) Max has been waiting for me for about two weeks. Turn the key and listen to the engine crank. Not even a sputter. I've had lawn mowers that would at least sputter once in a while. It ran great at the dealers. Could anything happen after sitting in a nice clean garage for two weeks?

There is a TSB on that I think.
There was a TSB in 2000 Maximas not starting because of that chip that is build into your key.
Some how that chip losses the signal from the car.
I don't know if it the same problem as you have.
Ask Tim W. He has link to those TSBs.
Good luck.
Man just shows that Nissan is build by ****tbricks.
I hate them all.

Did you check the positve battery cable? Had the same problem, when I tried to start my Max after coming home from the dealer...opened the hood to find the battery cable was never tightened at the dealers.....dealer said sorry but it was a Saturday and the prep guys were busy and must have overlooked that little fact!

nice sling blade impersonation...
mmmm, aint got no gas innt..
prolly the battery.. sat on boat, sat on truck, sat on lot, they charged it up for you to drive it, sat some more = dead. Prolly fine.
However, anytime I've run a battery down to 0, it always seems to shorten it's life.
