Quick PCV valve replacement question
Quick PCV valve replacement question
Replaced PCV valve this afternoon, when putting the hose back on, i could not get the clamp to go all the way back to its original position. I had a hard time using pliers to get it loosened, and getting it back on was a pain in the butt.
I figure when I take out my airbox to install my intake, I can get a better angle on it, but for now, does it matter that the clamp is about an inch back from where it should be? It's probably going to be this way for at least a few weeks. If it's a critical issue, I'll gladly acquire a pair of those real long-nose pliers and attempt to tighten it over the valve. This is the bottom part of the hose that goes over the PCV valve, the top part was no problem.
Thanks in advance.

Ok, I drove it earlier, but I'll go ahead and get a pair of the long-nose pliers and put the clips back on over the actual valve rather than an inch back on the hose where it rests currently.
Thank you for the help, guys, I appreciate it!
