intake&y-pipe...what should i do next?

I have a 2k 5spd gxe...I only have a GAB/OSCAI so far, but I have ordered a y-pipe from a group deal. I am all for performance first, so what parts can I get next to get the best power gains for the dollar? I am thinking b-pipe, lightweight crank pulley(where can i find the cheapest?), and I am not sure if I should get the cat. converter. As far as the b-pipe, would it make a very noticeable sound difference if i get it without the resonator? I am NOT planning to get an aftermarket muffler since that wouldn't really give me any gains, plus will make my car sound much louder. I am hoping all of these mods would get me close to 14.5-14.7 1/4 mile.

Hey

You Probably With the Y-pipe and The Intake , Already going to do about a 14.5.- 14.7 1/4 ... What were your times stock? A Crank Pulley would help free up some power/ Gain Power they are kind of expensive (I got a new one Unorthodix Racing Let Me Know if you want it) . A B-pipe Would help b/c it gets rid of the pipe crush behind the resonator!
