There are two 10 mm nuts that hold the foglamps in place. Disconnect the pigtail and remove the nuts to get the assembly off.

I replaced my fog light bulbs today. I used the silverstar H3st bulbs. Nice look matches the silverstar headlight perfectly. Any way Get under the car there is one 10mm bolt to remove . One phillips head screw & two plastic snap screws to remove this will give you access to the fog assembly now you have to remove the power to the fog assemably little grey plastic connecter with a little button. Push in to release it (MAJOR PAIN IN THE ***!) Once you have done that there is one 10mm bolt on the bottom of the fog assembly remove it. Then there are to white plastic holders/nuts holding to little metal rods that stick out of the Fog assemably on the top one in each corner. Stick a flay head screw driver in between the little white holders to loosen them up now take the but of the screw driver againest the rods that stick through the little white bolt/holders and push has hard as you can(EVEN BIGGER PAIN IN THE ***) the rods will slip through the little white holders and the unit will pop out through the front . Be careful when I say they will pop out I mean they will pop out! So hold the front of the fog assembly with your other hand while pushing with the but of the screw driver. Hope this helps. Mine is a 2000 SE model as well.

Once you do it once, it's pretty easy. I had to get one of my bulbs out (did not seat it properly when I changed bulbs last week and it was lighting up the trees above my car), and it took me about 10 minutes, and the car was not jacked up or on ramps...first time sucks, but it's peice of cake after that...

MAKE sure you seat the bulb backing flush - there is a rounded and a square tab on the bulb that even if they are lined up don't necessarily sit down into the impression - so make sure! (you will know what I mean when you get inside the light)
