How-to's: Door panel removal and belts

Does anybody has or knows where to get a how-to procedure for:

1) removing the door panels/OEM speakers
2) checking/adjusting the accessory belts

There is a link in the "How-To's" sticky for the door panels but it did not work when I tried it...

Thanks

take a flat head srewdriver, covered in thick cloth/towel..pry it in between the gap of the long panel covering the tweeter and the roof of the car. have the top snap out, then the bottom wiggles out

I haven't had any issues and I've had mine off 6 or 7 times.
