cell phone mount

Has anyone installed a Panavise, or Pro Fit cell phone bracket in their max? The kind that mounts between the dash panels, and is made from a bent up piece of sheet metal. Any feedback?

Thanks

I installed a Pro Fit mount for my Delphi XM reciever and am happy with it. It can be used for cell phones too. You have to remove the radio to install it.

That's a nice looking mount. One question though. I'm thinking of using one of these for my Sirius Radio, and it's a bit wider than a standard cell phone holder. How far is the leftmost pair of holes on the mount from the dash once installed?

Thanks.
