advice needed time

ok, here's my dilenma. i have a '03 max but the steering is all messed up on it and no one can fix it. i've already posted many times on here for that issue. so i went down to the infiniti dealership and test drove the new g35x. the all wheel drive version. well i still owe about $25k for my car, but he told me that he would give me $17k for mine. not that bad considering how much others are going for around here. it is a 6 speed manual with the TE edition. my question is, should i upgrade my car to the infiniti or should i just get this stupid steering fixed somehow and then mod my car? if modding is in place, then what should i do in order for it to handle much better. i'm thinking lowering it and then putting a rear sway bar or whatever they are called in the back. the thing is, i don't have time to do all of this. is there a place where i could get this work done in minnesota? if so, what parts should i get and where do i get them. i know that this has been discussed a million and a half times but the search function doesn't work for me. thanks again.

Do you have the links to your previous threads? How about having Nissan buy your car back if they can't fix your steering?

Wow your ready to take a ~8grand loss on your max? Wish I could do that...LOL

I would see if you can't get your nissan dealer to fix or buy back the max, but if you could afford the G35x go for it sweet ride!

it's a bit vague about how it is being mess up. First, Would you care to share why is your steering is messed up. Second, it should be covered under warranty, that I'm assuming it has less than 36k miles on it. Last, if they couldn't repair it or replace it and problem presist, there's a Law call Lemon Law that you have to look at your Warranty Manual that came along iwth the owner's manual. It specified that pertains to your state that there is a criteria that meets the law. That Nissan, not the dealer, that they have to buy back your car.
