its easy man...take out the intake...its right underneath the throttle body a little down left... its 2 long hard to take off bolts...one has a ground.

you might need a compressor to take it off...that ***** is torqued...

Completed the install yesterday, a few thougths and comments:
the installation took me less than two hours, It was pretty easy just removing the hoses and wires out of the way to access the bolts was the hardest part.

The startup is quick smooth and quiet now. I remember reading a while back that some people experience rough starts or the enginge will crank and stop and start agian, I had those problems too until my starts were getting worse and worse until Sat it completely died. I noticed it at about 20,000 miles and died on me at around 72,000 miles.
If anyone expereinced these problems could be a faulty starter.

How much did the starter run, because mine just died at 50,000 on my 2000 Max SE.
