I have a 2k1 and before i was getting like 330-340 miles per gallon. Now, as of late it has gotten a little warmer and now at half a tank I have like 98 or something miles???? what the hell is this?? I drive it the same way as I always have and I am getting $hit mileage. Could my O2 sensor have crapped out? I have just a hair over 36000 miles but I have the extended warranty, so im guessing the warranty would take care of this, right. My intake shouldnt cause a problem with the service guys unless they're real ****s right?

 

My mileage has also suffered. I do have 68,000 miles though. I plan to swap out my fuel filter within the next few days. I'm hoping it will help.

wow the best i ever get is something near 250, i live in nyc so i guess that might do with it. Now i have been getting lik 190 before the light comes on.

yeah mine dropped too but i'm still getting like 280 or so

 

i was getting about 270 per tank, mostly city. i changed the pvc , recharged the K&N, cleaned the throttle body, got the tranny completely flushed, and put in new plugs. she has 96500 miles. i am now getting 310 per tank. after the plug change to NGK irridiums , the engine is mis-firing. i plan to install the old plugs today, to see if the new plugs are the prob..

but i recommend you guys do a tune-up

proper tire pressure
