Stock Exhaust Manifold Pictures!!

Hey everybody, considering you guys are so very helpful I figured one of you out there is bound to have a comparison photo of a stock manifold vs aftermarket, or just a picture of a stock exhaust manifold laying around. Anything helps, thanks.

Well with brilliance coming from Hal we have to let out at least one  we figured out a way to save about $1000 on the stage 1 turbo system. How you ask? That's a secret

My guess is they'll probably just do what the 4th geners do with thier turbo setups....build a simple crossover y-pipe to hook up to the turbo. SSR has been doing it the hard way by making headers when they could just save a bunch of money, labor, engineering, etc and build a cheap crossover pipe while keeping the manifolds in place.

Well this is especially for 5th generation 3.5 Maximas, considering they have 2 large Pre cats right after the manifolds, and on top of that they have a crappy manifold design. It wouldn't be efficient to make a turbo kit using the stock 5th gen manifold. So, we are going to switch out to VQ30 Manifolds, and just use our custom cross over pipe.

Please elaborate on the intake manifold. Any dynos? Will this fit the Max or are there clearance issues?

I'd love to see the dynos, however I'm willing to be that will be PURELY for top-end.

The stock 350z single/dual chamber design was the BEST of both worlds, so that single plenum design would be purely for top-end IMO. Could be wrong, but I'd love to see a before/after.

I know and it looks great. Can you confirm it fits our cars?

IMO high end is all we need for this engine. Plenty torquey already and FWD doesn't help.
