First time i've seen this problem. Did you try any compounds like 3M fine cut or Meguiar's #2? They should take care of it. If not, here is a link to a good but low price circular polisher:

Vector

the one on the frnder is from me doing something in the bay and putting my hand on the fender. now i use a cloth when i work in the bay. i am going to get the craftsman" don't know what it's called, but you place it on the fender to prevent elbow grease on the paint" i have scrubbed it like there is no tomorrow and it does not come off.

Looks Like Someone Touched the Paint When It Was Still Wet and Then Clear Coated It. Need to wet sand to see if i'm right. If so, Repaint those parts

You must be talking about a fender apron/cover.

its just 3M rubbing compound. its in a black bottle and i would get about a 1200 grade or higher. i picked mine up at Autozone. i did the same thing except mine was from grease when i was changing out my suspension and the rubbing compound was the only thing that would remove it.

For any kind of clear coat work, the most course you should go is a 2000 grit (any brand will do) and work up finer. 2000 grit will get swirls out of the clear coat, so it may work on those clouded areas.

You can get 2000 grit paper and wet sand. Or you can get 2000 grit polishing compound and use a buffer. Be careful of edges and bumps because you will take the clear coat off of those areas if you work them too hard.

I use a 2000 grit polishing compound for stuff like that and it works like a charm.

I know this will sound funny but DAWN dishwashing liquid. It cuts grease, My dad has a Black vehicle and it had a greasy hand print that wouldnt come off all the way. I rubbed it with dawn and got the greasy part to break up and just washed the vehicle the same old way. I got the idea from the tv and it worked. I dont wash my car with Dishwashing liquid, but it worked.

Dawn works wonders.. try that before you go cutting up your clearcoat.

just make sure you put a good coat of wax over the area you washed with dawn. It will strip all the wax off the car

Did you have sex by your car after doing the K&N Refill without washing your hands? This is weird to me how this can happen and you can't take it off.
