I have searched all over this site and all the links that show the bulb replacement procedures are broken. I got the bottom plastic cover off but I can't seem to get the bulb out. Do I need to actually loosen the two bolts on the back of the fog light so I can get my fingers in there to grab the bulb and turn it? Any help would be appreciated.

Its a 2003 and I have the PIAA Super Plasma H3 bulbs (which is what most everyone suggests since it is the closest to matching the stock HID's.)
