SPW FSTB any good?

Planning on buying some cheap FSTB...got a quote on some SPWs for 30 canadian dollars. Has anyone had any problems with them? I know they are cheap and will warp after a year or two...but do they perform well in those years?
Thanks

Looking at the FSTB installation instructions..it says to tighten the end plates to the shock ab. nuts to 35ft/lbs. How much do i need to tighthen the end plate bolt ( the one that joins the bar and the end plate)
