My first accident. Car was even parked.

My wife went to the bank to make the car payment. She parked, looked down to get a quarter, the person in front of her backed into my fn car. There was a Tampa cop across the street and they filled out an incident report. I won't know about the damage till she gets home. She is driving my Max till her Civic gets fixed(overheating). Sh*t happens I guess. She is fine BTW. Guess I should have wrote that first.

that sucks. some people dont know how to park or even drive for that matter. looks like its the other persons fault and you will be getting some $$$ to fix the damage.

I can't see any damage. Cop said he couldn't believe it from the sound it made.

I can move the bumper a little. When I push tward the car and then pull directly away the bumper moves a little. I can't really say I checked this before so I am not sure if this is normal. The paint is ok. The officer filled out an incident report just in case the paint starts to flake/chip off at a later date.

I am not sure how he didn't see this big a$$ Maxima behind him.
