Yeah, removing the cover and knee area cover is pretty self explanitory.

However, a good WARNING/tip to include would be to disconnect the battery and wait 10-mins., since you're working VERY closely with the airbag wires.

The hid's come on when you flash your highs because they are tied into the highs. I don't really like this either but I'd rather have my hid's stay on when I use the high beams. Can you imagine how crappy that would be with out hid's during the high beam use?

I just did this, and for some reason now my fogs are not working? I followed Igor's directions exactly for a 2002-2003. HELP!!

make sure you have a good ground and that you plugged the little harness back in.

You don't need to remove the lower part. you can ground the wire by squishing it with any of the default plastic parts, as long as the bare wire makes solid contact with the metal part of the column. Just loosen a screw slightly, pull away a plastic clip or whatever, tuck the wire under it and tighten the screw back.

That's what i did since i couldn't find a decent grounding point on the 2k without removing all the plastic stuff off.

On another note, why is it illegal to have the fogs on with the high beam?

I'm running Bohmen 6500 HID kit. I think they were around $400 and I got em' from Erik.
