tail light out, need help

tail light out, need help

hey guys,
just noticed that my right tail light is out. anyone know how to get into the housing to replace the bulb. also, does anyone know the part # of the bulb. it's a 2000 se. Thanks in advance for any info

which bulb the signal or the brake bulb...
its pretty easy open your trunk...
youll see two push pins where the back of the headlights are..those pins are holding the carpeting..
take those out ..pull back the carpet a bit and you have access to the housing..
take out the housig by twisting teh socket and it will go loose..
the bulbs for signal is 1156
i dotn know for brake .. just go to pepboys or whatever autostore and ask..

also, from my experience for some reason these rear bulbs come loose easily....has happened to me several times. So make sure it's tight before you spend money getting a new bulb.....this is really easy to do as scopium said...
