Any feedback on the Piaa Spark Blue headlight bulb?

I just came across the light bulb and wondered how it look. Its imported from Japan and I believe that it is around 8000K. Give me some feedback on this bulb.

My girlfriend has them on her Civic...they are crazy blue! Trust me...they do look like HID a lot better than most other bulbs out there. But there is NO and I mean NO!!! light output on the road. Its all for looks. The price is kinda high too...I wouldn't spend that kinda money again. I'd say if your willing to pay $100+ for just bulbs save another $200 and get a cheap HID kit.
