i just noticed this...
i just noticed this...
i was on the interstate picking up my brother from college when i noticed my right side mirror has the words "Objects in mirror are closer than they appear" but my drivers side mirror doesn't. I'm curious, are all the other Maxes like this? My other cars had it on both sides. TIA.

all it is is that the mirror is convex (bowed out in the middle) so that it helps to get rid of the blind spot. the drawback is that the images are smaller.
the driver's side mirror is so close to you that there's not much need to curve the mirror- you can see quite a bit through the mirror as-is.
some cars have it on both, some only have the passenger. it's no big deal.

Are you kidding?
The reason why the other once makes everything look smaller is because u sit far away form it and the viewing angle would be smaller if both mirrors were the same....this compensates the smaller view to a larger one.
