Dealer Service Survey
Where do these come from? Straight from corporate or through the dealer? I had a very bad service about 2 months ago. I let the SM know I wouldn't ream him for it (it was somewhat understandable) but the SA I had that day was a total jerk.
I called the SM back to get the guys name.
I never received the Service Survey. I'm thinking about calling Nissan NA to find out what happened to the survey.
