2yk Maxima question
Hey whats up all. This is my first posting here 
A Couple of days ago, I bought a 2000 GLE with 55k miles. Recently I've been noticing that when I first start my car in the morning, the accelerator pedal is a bit hard to push so when I shift to Drive, the car lurks forward. I don't know if this is normal with these Maximas and I'll appreciate any feedback. Other than that the car drives extremely well. Quite an upgrade from the old Civic. Only thing that I'm a bit disappointed with is the insurance rate. Holy ****, NJ insurance is way too high. Called my broker and he tells me that this is a fairly expensive vehicle to insure in NJ especially for a 24 year old. heh.

ok first of all i do not believe it is normal for a jerky shift, try checkin your tranny fluid, it might also be a mount either tranny or motor.
secondly i am guessing that the insurance is so high, because its NJ and HID theft is huge there.
