Fog light is out?

I noticed tonight one of my fog lights is out. I looked in the manual and it says take it to the dealership. I know they will charge an arm and a leg, any thoughts on changing it? I know my dad had a similar problem with his lexus and only the dealership could change it..PLease help...???

you can change it yourself. check out the how-to stickie and I believe there's a write-up.

if not, go to www.max-world.org and they have russ's write up over there.

for some reasons, it is not on max-world.org anymore. anyways, 02-03 write up will work for replacing 00 fog light bulb IIRC.

Thanks for the info guys...The 02-03 write up almost got the job done...INstead of there being 2 bolts holding in the light there is a little screw underneath the housing and 2 clips that didnt want to budge. After some pushing and prying it came loose. Not to mention the crappy screws underneatht the car that didnt want to be removed...But happy to say it worked out and all is fine......$14.90 later (ripoff for the bulb)

before you run out and buy new bulbs, you might wanna identify exactly where the problem is. might just be that the bulb is shot, or maybe just a blown fuse.

I didnt really think that just one bulb could go out and it still be the fuse...I figured that if it was a fuse both would be out or others would too. I just replaced it, no big deal...
