this is the 3rd repair on the same problem.

I am really hating nissans right now.

 

If this repair doesn't work either and you have had the car for less than 18 months, you may have a chance. Even better if the dealer has had your car in for work on it more than 30 days total.

If it's not fixed this time, then I would say try the lemon law. It is dependent on your state though. Here in MD, if your car is in for the same problem 3 times without any resolution, they dealer can be forced to buy it back.
