So I lost my remote for a 2000 Max. I got a new one on ebay, programmed it and it works fine. BUT my question is, is the remote in a 2000 supposed to roll the windows down when you hold the UNlock key?? Cause mine doesnt. The remote for my wifes '98 rolls the windows down so I thought a 2000 is newer and shoud too? But mine dont? And I cant remember if the previous remote ever did before (I dont think I ever tried it).

 

Nice quick answer for you...no! I don't know why but nissan took that feature out of 2k and 2k1. I wish it did I think it's cool.

Can anyone tell me how to program a new remote? I've got one on the way from e-bay and will need to program it.
