my fog lights can cook eggs.....
I installled the h3 Piaa super plasmas a few months ago... but it wasnt till this past week, it burnt my damn hand as I was wiping bugs of the lenses after a long day of driving. Is this normal. The fog lights are really hot and I was worried that something will melt inside... is this normal???

Yes, the heat is normal. I've been running my super plasma's for 6 months with no issues. In the winter I could see steam coming off the lens during cold/wet days. I've heard some suggest this heat can cause cracking of the fog lens, but I've had no issues. Plus, many who run stock fogs have had cracked fog lenses so the hot bulbs don't appear to be the sole culprit, if a cause at all.
