MAF: which one is the good one?

I had mine replaced under warrantee today cause it died this past weekend (you may have seen my thread). Anyways, I'm now curious as to which MAF is the less failure-prone one. I believe the ones in 2k3 Max's are less likely to fail than the 2k2's. Anyways, the part number on mine is EJ61AA
Or it might be: 22680-6N201

Thanks

When my 2k2 maf blew I replaced it with the 2k1 maf 22680-2Y001. So far so good, 2 weeks now.

From what Dave B. told me, the updated version model #22680-AM600 is less prone to blowing. I have mine for about a month, so far so good.
