Bose System Question

Hello folks, I just purchased a new 2k1 Maxima and was wondering if anyone has any idea how I could get line-level input into the Bose stereo system.
The reason I'm asking is because I'd like to put my car computer into my new Max without having to use a cassette adapter or a radio frequency modulator (both aren't that great in the audio quality dept.) My previous car, a 1994 Infiniti G20 had a custom stereo that I installed myself. Real easy to hook up the computer to the amp.
Also, does anyone know if I'd be voiding my warrantee by, say, splicing a few wires going to/from the bose amplifiers?
If you wanna see my old car computer setup, head on over to http://www.riskable.com
