This is the location where I got the SFC's installed:

-Ask for Jeff...he had done several 4th gen Maxima and fabricated the stage 2&3 to fit on my car. I would suggest you talking to Dallas at Warpspeed and ask to get the center plate for the stage 2 SFC's first. You can get that install w/stage 1 and get some measurements for stage 2 & 3. Give the info to Dallas to properly manufacture the tie-rods to fit on other stages.

OR yet, just get the stage 1 and talk to Jeff to fabricate for you your own designed stage 2 or whatever SFC's. Keep me posted with your progress.
Good luck!

thanks....doesn't warpspeed have a stage 2 though? In fact they give you some $$ off if you buy the stage 1 and 2 at the same time.....is the warpspeed stage 2 no good?

No problem! The last time I dealt with them. I was told that the stage 2 & 3 that I got were the correct dimension for the 5th gen model. However, I later found out that there were fitment issues at the shop. I'd exhausted my time with Dallas in resolving this issue (since he was hard to contact and won't responsed to my email/phone). Unpatiently, I ended up by paying Jeff extra money to fabricate the rods to fit with the stage two. Without going through details, Dallas gave me the stage 3 kit for free.

When you call for your order, ask them for yourself if they have resolved the fitment issues for the 5th gen Maxima. If not, then follow my suggestions if you want to get other stages install.

My LTB creaks like hell. It definately does a great job as far as performance, but the noise is annoying as hell. The bolts are definately tight, I've had the install re-don twice by a professional. What can be causing this problem, can it be do to overtightening? PS - i have an A/T

I suspect that the noise was from the lower control arm bushing? Perhaps the mechanic/installer tighten the front lower control arm bolts while the car was still on the lift. This pre-load the suspension causing the rubber bushing to wear out faster...making creaking noises.

As per Matt's instructions, you must tighten the lower control arm bolts with the wheels on the ground. I do not see how one can do so with the automatic trans blocking the bolt at the driver side.
